Terms of Service

By accessing, registering for, or using Fastlyy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Service and must discontinue use immediately.

You agree to use the Service solely for your personal job search. You strictly shall not: (a) scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract data or source code from Fastlyy; (b) share, resell, or distribute your account credentials; (c) upload malicious payloads disguised as resumes; or (d) use the platform to spam or harass recruiting endpoints. Violation of these terms will result in immediate account termination without refund.

Fastlyy is a paid service offering one-time access passes. There are no auto-renewing subscriptions. All charges are absolutely final and non-refundable. Because our infrastructure incurs immediate, unrecoverable costs to process your resume through AI models, we do not issue refunds or prorated credits under any circumstances. By purchasing a pass, you explicitly waive any right to chargebacks based on "buyer's remorse" or a lack of job offers.

All proprietary software, matching algorithms, scraper logic, visual designs, and trademarks associated with Fastlyy are the exclusive property of Fastlyy. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the platform. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the HTML/CSS, Javascript, or visual design elements without express written permission.

Fastlyy is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied. Due to the nature of web scraping and LLMs, you acknowledge that the Service may experience unexpected server outages, scraper blocking, downtime, or "AI hallucinations" (where the AI generates incorrect match scores or misreads your resume). We are strictly not liable for any missed opportunities, false positives, or service interruptions caused by these technical limitations. We do not guarantee employment, interviews, or recruiter responses.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fastlyy and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve (12) months. If you have not paid us any amounts, our aggregate liability shall be strictly limited to zero dollars ($0.00).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fastlyy and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
